Sound Mind Soft Heart (SMSH) is a community mental health wellness initiative in Yuhua. With SMSH, we aim to raise awareness on mental health and build a community of care where we watch out for each other. We hope to create a safe space to conduct mindful and fun activities suitable for all ages.
