Kampung Senang Wellness Studio (an initiative of Kampung Senang Charity and Education Foundation Limited – Kampung Senang) was officially established in 2020, built upon more than 25 years of experience of Kampung Senang, and in collaboration with EcoCollege Pte Ltd - A Social Enterprise, focusing on 8 Dimensions of Wellness. It provides residents with a quality space to carry out zero-based learning, Holistic Wellness training courses and activities.

Health is generally understood as the absence of disease or pain, but it also has a broader holistic understanding. Holistic Wellness is composed of Physical, Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Vocational, Social, Intellectual, and Spiritual.

These areas will give individuals greater clarity on how to pursue optimal wellbeing. A person's life pattern, personality and environment determine the meaning of health to him/her, which is why the approach to pursuing wellbeing should be personalized.
